There should be something like a warning or whatever that let's people know whenever electricity companies are down just like other apps do! Upgrade and do something about it because you can't allow a transaction go through only for me to not get a token and I'll still call with my recharge card for you guys to tell me that phed is down! You should have done that earlier by notifying on the app and saving my time and airtime as well. It's tiring and discouraging to call all the time for token!!

It's not my first time using this app, but the three days ago were horrible. I have tried buying the IBEDC token three times, but I have not received any tokens yet. I've wasted my airtime several times, and I couldn't even hear what they were saying. Kindly send my token of ₦6000. kindly ask for my Meter details in DM. Thanks

Hard to operate, any mistake in password is logout. To reset your password is a big war, they will tell you that your otp has been sent and you will not see any otp for like 3hrs. The story is too much on the receipt, wasting of papers. Make the printer connect at once, not repeating. Abeg, do the adjustments.
