It's not a bad app. I normally track on paper from an Excel sheet I built. Calculations seem to be right on with the 531 program I've run before. If you push and follow this with consistency, it really works. However, after a while, when the weight gets high enough, it's hard on the body. I had to take a break from it. Do not skip de-load. It's important.

If you're on the fence, give it a shot. I was apprehensive after switching back to Android and losing the app I was using. There's another app that I feel is better, but I just can't bring myself to pay $10 for it. This app you set your weights and you can click each set which will put a checkmark on it so you don't lose where you're at. It will allow you to adjust your weights after deload week. Uncheck whatever workouts you don't wanna add weight to then +/- the ones you do. Great app. Simple.
