Please explain more about how and why choosing a different country could cause problem accessing the cameras. I installed my system and connected it to internet in IRAN and was able to view cameras live from within IRAN but now I can not access the cameras from the US!!! Are you working to fix this and other issues brought up by other people in reviews here? Not being able to access recorded videos through the app is a MAJOR issue as well. Please reply to my comment here with your answer.

This app is wonderful but not the best. I setup a ispy camera server and installed its custom app for android and I can view my cameras anywhere in the world they are 0nVif cameras so it was very easy to get them setup.

Mine has work for 8 months, the update in june killed it. It wont show me which camera triggered the alarm. Tried to get help and 1 month latter, no responce still.
