I love this app except lately it has been freezing when I try to refill my prescriptions. After selecting the medication and clicking on "proceed", it takes me to step 1 of 5 where I should see the list to confirm accuracy and the app freezes at this point every time. Please fix. Thank you.

App hasn't worked since November 2023. JC tells customers to contact them ,& then issues cc response. Baning aoss are more secure; why not just fix the app; this is pathetic. Their uniform response is: Good morning, We have read your email and thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes you. The application does not work with newer ANDROID devices, we are working on it. In the meantime, you can use the service on a web browser.

Use to work great for 4 years. Now crashes when trying to complete a refill. Sending in your info in only results in them telling you there is a known issue with newer Android versions/devices and they redirect you to the web version. Web version does work, and so does the Apple version. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the 4 years where it worked great. Will edit review once they fix Android version.
