It was good, until my subscription was renewed and it suddenly wouldn't let me access any premium features. I have tried to get in touch for help by sending feedback via the app as they don't provide any obvious route to get immediate support. They have yet to get back to me after a number of days. Very disappointing...

I never know how long it will run; a day? An hour? It craps out on the regular. Meanwhile my friend's doorbell with nearly identical looking software, has had ZERO downtime since it was installed 2 years ago. Not a fan.

This app has completely messed up my phone (Android). It has slowed it down to a snails pace and is very glitchy. It takes forever for it to connect to the alerts and the alerts come very late after motion is detected. It locks my phone and freezes during unlocking. It messes up my notification bar. If I could delete the app and use another one with my doorbell, I would immediately but I can't. I've never gone out of my way to write such a poor review for an app before but that's how bad it is.
