UPDATE: I have now gone through four cycles of the app identifying innocuous, seemingly random apps as malware and refusing to launch until they're removed. The dev team is aware of the problem, but has no ETA for a fix. This app is the worst. ORIGINAL: I also got the malware shutdown, and after logging a support ticket, uninstalled Patreon and myT-Mobile, which fixed the problem temporarily. Now, without installing any new apps, I'm getting the malware shutdown again. Extremely frustrating.

This app is borderline unusable. And this last update makes it impossible to launch. The worst part is that this app is mandatory for my job, and it makes it harder to do what I need to do, rather than easier. Fix the app. Please for the love of God, fix the app. Stop adding "UI" changes and start working on app stability so that the app will work as intended.

I can't open the app since last week. I get the login screen but after entering the password, the app just crashes/closes immediately. I'm on the latest version. Can anyone help? This means the mobile badge is inaccessible. My mobile badge doesn't work for the ground floor entrance of Bank Street but works inside the building so I can open internal doors. So it doesn't work for all readers. I only use this to book a desk.
