Could never log in. For some Reason they insist that you verify your email with a code before you can log in so you request the code Maybe it'll be in your email Box within the next few hours. You get the code supposedly good for 24 hours you use it and you get the message that your email is not verified do you want to verify. Trying to set up an account to use this app is impossible. Their codes don't work and they tell you your passwords don't match over and over. WORST APP EVER!!!

Bought the ErgoMotion Wi-Fi dongle to use with my voice (Amazon Echo) and this app keeps saying "Finding my bed" and never finds it. Horrible! Needs work!

I purchased this ergo adjustable bed with wifi dongle to able to control by voice for my mother. Connecting to my wifi isn't possible. It can't find my bed. Tried for over and over. Complete joke.
