I'm impressed. This app is helping me understand/feel more compassion for why I put things off. It's a slow process of a 1-minute reflection every day for weeks, and you can't go through it faster. I now see that this as a good thing. Day by day I'm noticing that anxieties around Doing the Thing are lifting. My journal entries are less heavy in tone, and I feel less blocked/more confident. This app is freeing me from old mental prisons, and I'm very grateful to you all for making it.

Great but way too expensive... For $10 a month I could subscribe to a streaming service with thousands of hours of shows, movies, music, etc...or I could pay for a month of daily reflections with this app. The devs have a really great thing here, but they need to charge like 10% as much and I guarantee they'd get substantially more subscribers, enough to make way more money than they would at the current price.

You're not wrong—Netflix is incredibly valuable for the money! Nonetheless, I hope our program of content, self-assessment tools, reflections, and coaching can enrich your life as much as a Netflix series šŸ™‚

I don't get it. Do I have to listen to the same Lesson 1 story if how he created the app 5 times over, once a day, before I can progress to the next thing? 2 of the knobs below Lesson 1 are filled in, and I listened to the entire reflection, twice. But it still says I need to complete the circle. I said I wanted notifications, and I enabled them in my settings, but the app does nothing to create them or send them. More help!
