Procare includes:

CONTACTLESS SIGN IN/OUT : Parents can sign in-out students contactless using QR code or Curbside GeoLocation.

STUDENT ATTENDANCE: Replace paper sheets with digital SIGN IN-OUT. Record student attendance, absences (add notes) and transfer to different rooms. Generate BEST industry standard reporting from our website to satisfy childcare LICENSING needs. (Also has OFFLINE MODE to run without network)

PARENT KIOSK: Parents can drop off and pick up children easily (optional use of a 4-digit pin). Record SIGNATURES and capture answers with DROP-OFF form. Charge payments based on their HOURLY attendance and collect LATE FEE.

STAFF TIMECARD: Staff can CHECK-IN from the app using 4-digit pin. Build REPORTS of their timecard from website for PAYROLL.

TRACK RATIOS: Always be licensing-compliant. Track ratios in real time from the app for all your rooms.

PHOTOS and VIDEOS: Send any number of photos and videos, and tag students with one click on our child care app. Unlimited storage and sent to parents with one tap.

Ratings and reviews

push notifications are broken in android. The app is not listed in the system notifications settings even if I turn on all notifications in-app settings. It is an ok app for general purpose daily summary but for emergencies I can't rely on it and have to request teachers to call/msg me directly. Not too useful. EDIT: it worked! thank you for the quick response.

The school my kid is in switched to this. Sign up had to go through the computer and a separate page before being able to get into the app. App logs you out and if you need a password reset, nothing comes. The support page tells parents to talk to the school for support because they are too busy "supporting their clients" to handle parents. Not sure how long I will be locked out from being able to get messages about my kid or do pickup/dropoffs. Brightwheel was a lot better app.

10/27/2025: loved this app until recent update. Like every new review mentioning the app crashes and doesn't allow you to open it because there is an "app bug". Really frustrating it hasn't been fixed. 9/9/24: Overall has been great! But for some reason the past weeks I'm receiving notifications over an hour late! For example, the teachers would enter a potty break at 11am and I won't get a notification until around 1pm. My app is up to date so not sure what happened the last few weeks.
