Deceptive company who I wish I never dealt with. Unbeknownst to me they automatically signed me up to their kogan first subscription without my consent. I only found out, when I received an email to say $79 had been taken from my account. On top of that they constantly spam your email account, and have hidden the unsubscribe link instead of having it down the bottom in an easy to see position like a reputable company would. exactly spot on for me aswell !!!!!

Kogan service and products are great, but reason for for this rating is the app performance, keeps logging you out, if you search something with filters and go back it'll refresh to default,(and due to this a few times I gave up and purchased whatever I was after from a different seller). I left multiple reviews of products and keeps asking me again to review my purchases, and goes back to default. Despite clearing cookies, uninstall/reinstall same issues. please improve this. thanks.

Good app, just not very easy to sort out issues. Have bought several things from Kogan over the years and it's always been good. most recent purchase was incorrect and sorting it out was a headache but we got there in the end.
