Very bad service. Kotak New customer care is extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I wait 25–30 minutes, only for the call to get disconnected automatically without any help or explanation. It is very annoying and makes it nearly impossible to get timely assistance or resolve banking issues. The whole experience is extremely disappointing and stressful.

very bad, I had trouble getting my otp on time. My account is about to get locked. It's costomer service is very poor. The app is very confusing. I have sold the stock but it was still in my portfolio. I sold the stock and and it got into intraday I don't know how. It's the worst

I have paid 1000rs every day to this app, they claim to be fastest but this app sucks. you can not trade morning session, prices not updated, order got placed but shown in order and position after a long time. I have suffered many losses due to their glitches and worst part is they are paid one and give this kind of service. even last Friday i have paid brokerage of 1500rs not expected this service from kotak brand. they are in business for such a long time can't they hire a good tech team.
