UCO mPassbook is Mobile Application which allow users to see the passbook on their Mobile Phone. User can register one time and can use the application in offline mode. Account statement facility is also available. Passbook can be viewed in offline mode also.

Recently I have noticed that whenever I tried to open the application, it was failed to open as there was a msg saying" We are going through maintenance activity. Pls try later". Previously this app was working perfectly but last few weeks this problem is coming repeatedly. I request you to look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

I am unable to register in the UCO mPassbook app. Every time I try, it shows: "New registrations to the mPassbook application are currently not being accepted. Please try later." Because of this issue, I cannot access my passbook or account details. Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible and enable new registrations. Many customers are facing inconvenience. Thank you...

The app itself is wonderful and very easy to use but logging in to the app is so uncertain. Half the times in the day it says request timed out. Try later. It's been on for so long that It's like they don't even care any more. But don't bother asking for my personal details to help me out as if this an isolated issue specific to me and you aren't aware what I am talking about. Because i have more than 30 accounts between current, CC, savings and salary account of my employees. One Day Soon...
