The app works less than 75% of the time. It takes forever for the cameras to load if they load at all. Have the settings set for person detection, yet they pick up everything. Paid a pretty penny for lifetime support, and that was a waste of money. Will never buy these again. Battery life sucks on them. I'm very disappointed with them. They definitely were not worth what they cost.

Very flawed. Only your clicked on notifications from your pull down bar will show up in notifications in app. You can NOT turn just one cameras flood light on if you turn one on, you turn all on. The PIR/motion detection does not work. A 10lb dog will trigger person detection. If it's a high trafficked area the notifications become useless. If you use motion detection on the lowest setting it will kill your batteries in less than 2 weeks. It's slow loading the app, so you miss live events. Angry

The experience I have had with this Lorex system has been nothing short of a massive headache. First the batteries would die within a few days, which after jumping through hoops they replaced which I might add did not fix the problem. On top of that it has been impossible to connect to the NVR to view the cameras. After talking to customer service about these issues. They keep fishing for reasons why, none of which makes any sense. Never again will I buy Lorex!!!! "0 STARS"
