I can't adjust the motion detection zones. I select the area I want and hit save and back out. when I go back in, it's changed back. 9/22/25 I'm supposed to get an email when my batteries are low. I got nothing. Now, it looks like one of my batteries has been dead for 3 weeks and another is about to die. No email or notification. Pure garbage.

The app works less than 75% of the time. It takes forever for the cameras to load if they load at all. Have the settings set for person detection, yet they pick up everything. Paid a pretty penny for lifetime support, and that was a waste of money. Will never buy these again. Battery life sucks on them. I'm very disappointed with them. They definitely were not worth what they cost.

The experience I have had with this Lorex system has been nothing short of a massive headache. First the batteries would die within a few days, which after jumping through hoops they replaced which I might add did not fix the problem. On top of that it has been impossible to connect to the NVR to view the cameras. After talking to customer service about these issues. They keep fishing for reasons why, none of which makes any sense. Never again will I buy Lorex!!!! "0 STARS"
