Good In Emergency. Works most of the time. Like other phone services, it is only as good as whoever you are trying to connect with. When their service is bad, your connection will be too.

Keeps crashing, erases text messages after every update, right now I can log in and also can't get in contact with anyone from customer service. It's very frustrating. You can't text on the PC version and you can't send images on the app version. I can get it to work sometimes on Bluetooth others I just give up. Sometimes the PC app is ringing but not the phone app. There's always a delay when I make a call, and no, it's not my ISP. If the app isn't open It won't ring or notify.

How can the Magicjack for business allow an unauthorized number port out. I've had a Magicjack personal line for years and never had problems so I decided to get a business line and phone in June 2024. Today I see as many times my desktop phone shows no Service and usually drops connection and comes back. Well after an hour still no service so I reboot and no change, check router etc and no change. Open the app and is logged out, try logging on and no go. Online account says call CS
