Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

Very bad customer service. When approaching them with an issue, they do not even check with the bus operators properly regarding ticket issues and cancel your requests. I do not advise you to use this app to book your travels, please try Red bus for better offers and deals and good customer service. Do not be fooled by what they market here.

The bus is not on time. They don't have any customer care support. worst app I used till date, even government app has better customer support team than this There is no support for customer if the bus is delayed. Your representative didn't talk and cut the call worst customer support I booked a ticket for 13 may but the booked it for 14 may and for cancellation the charges too.
