Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unfair Cancellation & Refund Delay Dear MMT TEAM, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience while booking flight tickets through your platform. I had booked tickets for 6 passengers by paying AED 8,500 The booking was not confirmed and the amount was successfully debited from my Account. Shockingly, within 40 minutes, I received an email stating that the booking was cancelled due to airlines issue. It's not my fault. But I have to suffer now.

worst experience ever. I suggest never book your trip from MMT. No one is there to reply you properly. once you make a payment and by chance you are in trouble or you want to change or cancel something your all money was gone. no customer support will answer you properly. They only say that allow us 24 hours, every day but there is no solution.
