Worst app ever, I bought from them twice, the first one was chairs, the delivery men were very rude, the second time I bought a clothes rail, it was a very cheap material, they wanted to take its full price as a return fees, very disappointed, I will never use it again. I tried to rate the order on the application, it crashes immediately.

One of the WORST Online stores on the Internet!! I've ordered 5 times in total, 3 of those I have have MAJOR ISSUES. Some sellers are VERY DISHONEST & don't dispatch items & Some DON'T actually have the items. My Worst experience is, there is NO TRACKING PROVIDED on ANY PURCHASES. 3 of my purchases have taken over 10 days to arrive. I had to PHONE MANO MANO TO COMPLAIN & they've had to sort it. Manomano needs a complete overhaul of their app.

The App has been really frustrating to use, once you get what you want to buy in the basket, the delivery options look good, several options "FREE" but when you choose the "FREE" options, the delivery charges actually INCREASE, I have phoned support about this, explained what was happening, sent screenshots... Waited a week, saw the App had an update which I have installed.. Back to the basket and NO CHANGE, STILL ADDING CHARGES FOR DELIVERY WHEN THE OPTIONS ARE MARKED AS "FREE" ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
