No way to get in touch with customer care. I've been trying to book my annual checkup since 4 days. They have some automated calling mechanism which disconnects one second after picking up the phone, then send an email saying that I didn't pick up. They don't have a toll free number, and no email ID to reach them. Extremely unethical practices.

I am having a very bad experience with the service. I am unable to connect with customer care, and my claim has not been approved within 24 hours. Due to a server issue, the query has been generated, but I cannot get any updates or support. My policy is two years old, and this is my first time making a claim, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. I will not renew this policy in the future."

I have been trying to renew my policy for 1 week now. Neither the website works for does this App. It's senda the OTP and goes into an endless wait .. going no where. I have emailed customer service and all they do is send me a no reply email with an insta access link. What kind of support is this? I would give you a negative rating if it were possible. Sad support!
