This app is only for people who can read in Portugese. So it is useless for anyone who can't. If you can read some Spanish, you might be able to get through it, but if your college Spanish is rusty like mine is, it's a pain the neck! Their marketing dept needs to revisit this. I recommend people book through an agent or on the website via laptop. UPDATE: the new App of 3/24/25 seems much better! Thank you for listening.

Oh this app is terrible. Essentially keeps opening windows on top of windows and if you go to another app to copy your passport details it blanks out. Months do not include month names. No way to create quick passangers to use in flights with data pre filled. Keeps opening the website that feels awful instead of a proper simple streamlined experience. Problems with payment (on their side) freezes the whole booking process. Please just copy a simple app that works like Ryanair.

This app is useless. I tried for hours to add my flight that I booked before I installed the app. My phone number is on my booking, I kept getting the prompt to enter the code sent to my phone, which I never received 🙃. I really want to manage my flight, but I can't add it on the website nor the app. 1 month later after finally being able to add my trips. I cannot add my passport info or any other info needed to fill out form. It's NOT BEING SAVED. CAN'T CONTACT PORTUGAL # provided.
