Disclosures: You must be enrolled in e-Bankoh Online Banking to access Mobile Banking. Enrollment in e-Bankoh Bill Pay is required to access any bill payment services on Mobile Banking. Your mobile device must be registered through the Mobile Banking Service enrollment process.

Ratings and reviews

This is for the massive 2024 update for the app and website. Both have taken away features for some unknown reason. The worst being the lack of notifications for account transactions. Before the update, you could set up the app to notify you about any transactions that took place with your debit card. Now, you can't as there is no longer an option available for that type of transaction. As for the website, now you can't edit any transactions like you could before regarding categories and notes.

The app is relatively easy to use. I would give it 5 stars but locating the check deposit feature is not user friendly and you have to hunt for it in the app. Otherwise the app ATM pre-withdrawal feature that you set up before going to the ATM is a very nice security and safety feature. I do recommend using this app.

Logging in is a pain with saved passwords / password managers. It never retains settings requiring you to set up finger prints. It always asks for SMS 2 factor. "Continue" buttons don't work when you actually get your saved user/pass combos entered. Just a messy app in terms of user friendliness
