great way to pay to park as it allows you to extend your stay if you are running late or stuck somewhere, no standing at machines in the rain trying to type in reg numbers etc, much more practical. dropped a star because sometimes it says payment hasn't been made so you do it again only to find it's then taken it twice.

Rubbish system .. have to set alarm for 5.55am to be able to renew parking whilst on holiday .. no options to extend.. went to machine and it would only allow me to pay from 10pm to 1.50am .. what idiot set these parameters

Utterly frustrating. Poor customer experience. I have a permit to renew but the app tells me I have none on my account. proper rubbish
