Thank you, it's so convenient! I have to use it regularly to park while at work. And in the worst time, morning rush, the app and my own account does it immediately, without losing precious minutes at the playstation. To improve ,I would like to suggest that I can plan my parking at home and just have a one-click button to press when I arrive.

Thanks for the review! You can pay to park ahead of leaving the house, but this doesn't reserve a space in the car park. The app road map has a new "Favorites" feature planned, which will allow you to customise all aspects of paying to park in to one quick tap and confirm to pay. Hopefully when that comes, it'll make the app even better for you :)

Terrible App. Not user friendly at all. Paid for parking yesterday, wouldn't let me log in or create an account, also didn't send me an email or anyway to prove I've paid. It finally let me log in last night with my phone number, reset my password only to be told I can't get a receipt until the day after the parking expires. Daft. This morning it won't let me log in again. Wanting me to reset the password. The app also doesn't allow you to see you parking session or, how long you have left.

I've been using the App for a few years, but recently it's just stopped working well. The main issues are, the App has a bug that causes it to crash often, you can't reset your password if you forget, the App sometimes just has text from the settings menu on the main page, so you can't do anything, then you restart, and it crashes. Annoying that you have to use this App to book parking. I am using new (2024) Samsung phone, so I doubt that's the issue.
