'Register' button does not work. Does not allow me to extend session. Edited to remove a star - app crashed, and will not accept my mobile number saying I have an account (but still won't let me log in).

app constantly crashed when trying to pay for parking. finally got through to bank authorisation but only realised it hadn't gone through when I checked online banking later on. no way of getting in touch so now expecting a parking ticket

requires updating too often. I just want to park, pay, and get on. not wait for a download that doesn't appear to provide any benefit to simply paying. your stock response doesn't address my point. all I want the app to do is to pay for parking, that doesn't need a bunch of new features! you should be writing good l, simple code that doesn't need security patches every 5 minutes. it should be a simple program!
