installed. followed instructions. I go in circles! please log in over and over. makes me want to return my need camera if I can't get this working in the next 48 hours.

Useless. It is unbelievable that you don't have basic fixtures like being able to set up a camera preset and modify as many times as you like. That is available on other ups for more than 10 years. Get it sorted very soon.

Playback doesn't work. Since this review I have found out. Dahua has changed server ,my DVR doesn't auto update the software ( although it's only 2 years old ) so my DVR won't talk to the app ,this is the issue with a lot of users ,the fix is several manual updates ,it won't do it in one update or buy a new box !!
