Need a Hand plan: The MobileX A.I. Forecaster helps select the right talk, text and data configuration in just 10 days or less for just $4.88. 
Once your learning period has concluded, you’ll be transitioned to the best MobileX plan to suit your individual needs; either to Personalized Access, which can start from as little as $3.48 a month for talk/text, or $4.08 a month for a data plan.
Or to one of our feature-rich, best in-market Unlimited plans (below).
A one-time credit of up to $4.88 will be applied to the cost of the plan selected after the learning period ends.

Unlimited Plans: With our feature-rich, best in-market Unlimited plans you’ll get unlimited talk/text and data, starting at $14.88.

Build Your Own plan: Know just what you need already? Create any Data/Talk/Text combo for your phone including International or create a custom data plan for your tablet—right in the app! Service was working fine for the first week or so of the free trial, until the data part of it inexplicably quit working. It asks me to sign into their network, which originally took me to a 404 error on an unrelated web page. But hey they ended up fixing that at least. Now it takes me to a "page not found" landing page on the mobile x website. I can navigate the site using their internet, but can do nothing else. And they have no idea how to fix it...

Just terribly buggy currently. If MobileX had the option to manage your account from their website, like normal providers, then it wouldn't be a big deal if their app is buggy. Can't even contact support at times because it throws an error saying "Well... That's not supposed to happen", without even giving so much as an error code.

We apologize for your experience. MobileX, launched as the first app-based wireless company, and now we're actively working on enabling website account management. In the meantime, if you face issues during activation, return to the app home screen, and click the XpertCare icon to request assistance.

This app has been horribly buggy for all the months I've used it. The support system is the worst part. The text input box has many clear and obvious issues that anyone using it should easily see. Support requests can often not be replied to. A generic error message is always given asking you to try again. Doesn't matter how many hundreds of times you try, it won't work.
