Some of the functionalities available are: Account Balances, Statements, Funds Transfers to accounts both within NBM as well as to other banks, Funds transfers to Mobile Wallets, International Remitances, Airtime purchases, Utility Bil payments and much more.

The app works great, rarely misbehaves for me. here are 2 things though i wish you can improve. 1. When transfering money from one account to another within NBM, an account number should produce a name once typed. 2. In mini statement, when you tap a transaction for more details, that date should also have time (same way the sms has both date and time). I say this because some sms notifications are not delivered. it would help distinguish transactions of same amounts on said date. Thank you.

Been trying to log in for months but every time I try it comes with an error "you are not allowed to register from this device" despite my phone+app being compatible.

Your dev team needs to pay attention to the reviews. For a financial app like this, it would really be convenient if people are able to transact seamlessly. And also, on my phone, the app doesn't even open, it keeps crashing, I've tried reinstalling it over 5 times, restarting my phone several times and still crashes. Please fix these issues with your app.
