This app is the best. As a 16-17 year old,I can create an account. It's fast and reliable, no delays. A phone number can also be used as an account number, no stress, just ease made available at Ur fingertips. I'll definitely be using Moniepoint Personal Banking as long as it gets. The Savings account is cool and strict, made to control overspending. Online transactions are faster too. Keep up the gud work DEVS.🤩🤩

The interface of the app has improved considerably. Only complaints is that I still can't make use of biometrics to authorize transactions even though I've turned it on. It's frustrating using the pin everytime. I can use my fingerprint logging in but can't use it to authorize transactions. Don't know if I'm the only user facing this. please kindly look into it, I'll actually rate better if this is fixed

The services are slow. They could be improved on. And I suggest you find a way to ease the process of hiding and showing one's account balance. It's too rigorous having to go round settings to turn it off and back to turn it on again. Try adding just a button for ease of access. Generally, services are slow on Moniepoint and I can't say why exactly.
