I downloaded this app. All was well to start with. The app has suddenly stopped working? The app will not allow me to log in, even though I can log into the online Web store with the same details everytime and see the points I have accumulated. I have tried to reset passwords etc, uninstall and reinstall. Clear cache. Check phone software. Nothing works. I have tried contacting customer services. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. All I get told is that they are busy and are looking into it????

Still can't get onto this app.......Terrible app. Constantly logs me out. I cannot access my digital card. No where to be found. The old app was better. Why do they always release apps before they actually work! UPDATE: got sent an app update... Still not working. The IT developer if this app should be sacked! Uninstalled app.

Absolutely hopeless. All I want to do is convert points to a fiver. Can't log on without a verification but never ever sent an email to verify. Helpline suggests check spam folder, uninstall, reinstall, clear cache and so on but it still doesn't work after doing these things. It has been like this for weeks. Shopping at Aldi from now on.....
