About this app

PBIS Rewards Family is a parents/ guardians portal to the PBIS Rewards system. Parents/Guardians can use the app to see the accomplishments and goals met through the PBIS Rewards program. They are able to keep track of the points earned, referrals, and purchases from the schools store as well as up coming events. To use the PBIS Rewards Family app you will need a letter from your school that contains a QR Code that you can scan by touching the Green Plus button. Call your student’s school to request this letter.
The PBIS Rewards suite includes the PBIS Rewards Staff App (for teachers and admins), the PBIS Rewards Student App and the PBIS Rewards Family App. For more information about PBIS Rewards please see our website (www.pbisrewards.com)

It was great while it worked, but the help service won't help parents. They keep saying to reach out to school's program administrator. My child was no longer showing up in the app. I tried rescanning her QR code and kept getting an error. The school created a new QR code but the app still wouldn't let me see her profile. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone several times with no luck. The app doesn't work and there is no help for parents. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great features are already built in, but I'd really like to see the app have a settings section where I can turn on notifications. This way, I get notified when my child earns points, messages are sent, or events are posted/ event reminders. It's too easy to forget to open the app and check.

It was nice while it lasted. I keep getting notifications every time a story posts, but when I try to open the PBIS Rewards Family App, Error states: "Error Adding Student to Partent App: Table 'pbislogs.log_' doesn't exist Error Code: PBISR-Web-0386" I wonder how many messages I've missed 😑😒
