App sucks. I've signed up for fan first, and I'm unable to purchase tickets. I requested a live chat with a live person. They introduced themselves and went ghost after I asked my question.

Great team with a bad app. The app crashed when it was time to give away free tickets for game 1 tomorrow against the heat. I've uninstalled the app, very disheartening this happened. Evidently the powers that be aren't used to this much internet traffic this team of year. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

crashes all the time. have tried clearing cache and storage and reinstalled multiple times but it still constantly crashes when trying to open
