Ratings and reviews

The app is convenient to manage subscription and renewals along with balance. But I don't get why your app goes to home screen of the app when I press on a notification and it doesn't take me to what information the notification had. It is a pointless app to have notification enabled as it will continuously send notification but it leads to nowhere.

Bought 7GB pack for 28Days and also Unlimited@2Mb/s for 7Days as backup. But it forces me on the latter pack so speed is terrible and I can barely use the Internet when I need it the most. There is no option to even choose which pack I want to use among the ones I have bought. I talked with Customer Support and they told me pack with lower expire date is used first. I can't even cancel that useless pack. NCELL is a SCAM, they take your money and provide little to no service and support.

went to reactivate my sim and they basically sold me a new overpriced sim with my same old number. Connection is the worst its always under 3 tower, trying to check data balance using *121# doesn't even work, data speed is slower than my grandma doesnt even let me play a small game that requires barely any data, data packages are overpriced. everything is a waste of money with this company. i am never coming back to this. im done with ncell. all the 5 star reviews are fake.
