The Installation team was very professional, they arrived in time and completed the installation process in 45 minutes. They were very well informed about the products being offered and were helpful in explaining whatever was asked. Sales team available on phone line is extremely pathetic and needs to be trained professionally on all aspects especially products. Overall experience about nayatel is good except the sales team i.e. very poor customer service. The mobile app may be further improved.

Pathetic customer service. Having fiber outage issue from yesterday and they are not providing time takes for restoration. They can't even launch a complaint, telling me to launch it via portal/app. Can't even launch a complaint from there due to UNABLE TO FETCH DATA error. When asked to provide estimated time, they transferred to Technical dept. This dept don't have any live representative, they just play an automated message. Wastage of money.

1/10 experience with Nayatel! Promised 2-day connection, but took 8 days after multiple calls. Finally got connected, but after just 4 days, the WiFi's already slowing down and disconnecting multiple times or not working at all! Customer support's a joke - 1441 helpline's automated system doesn't work, and app support's just a ticket submission void. Ruined my workdays, and I'm extremely frustrated. Avoid Nayatel if you can!"
