Our studios were built to avoid the number one problem with any fitness program. Boredom. It’s bad for your mind and its bad for your body.

We've purposefully implemented the perfect variety of Equipment to allow us to create a full-body, goal-smashing, life-changing workout.

But what's better is that we can infinitely change the workout to keep it fresh, you interested and your body changing for the better.

The studios feature all the boxing Equipment and heavy bags you would expect for a boxing and kickboxing workout, plus an inane amount of functional training tools like kettle bells, battle ropes and sleds (elliptical and nautilus machines need not apply).

This, and our lifetime of experience, is key to treating workouts that rock.

Unfortunately, the lastest app update did NOT change the functionality or appearance of the original spartan-like edition. Overall, disappointing and unaesthetic... especially when the main and booking pages are distorted (appears cut off). 12/2023

It's okay. It does what it's supposed to do, but I really wish it added my bookings to my Google calendar. Apparently it does on the iPhone version, so hopefully that's coming. There is a button that says "My Bookings (sync to calendar)" after you book a class, but it only takes you to the bookings page. It's a weird button label, tbh. Not the best user experience.

It was great the training ate great nice place to come and get a great work
