my experience with this app is great overall; the teachers are really nice and your revisions are great and the support team is really fast In replying, but I really don't like the request updates it really takes up my phone storage and this app also doesn't need updates so please stop doing updates.

I hate this app so much it's literally way more expensive than real life sessions ever since I have tried it the teachers have not been doing the sessions nicely it's like you have to pay so much just for one subject and in the end you do not even understand a single thing plus the ads are way too much I can't even enjoy a single show without getting two ads after watching 1 second of it

I had a disappointing experience with Nagwa. After registering and having a representative handle my payment, I was unable to access my class—no option to join was ever enabled. Despite several attempts to contact their support team, I received no response. This lack of customer service and accountability leads me to question the reliability of Nagwa's services. Potential users may want to consider other, more responsive educational platforms.
