New app user. What a load of rubbish - Simply does not work! You can place the items in your basket but when it comes to delivery or store pickup the app cannot find a location and you can do nothing more. I thought it may be a stock issue but the website can do both...without the introductory 25% offer. Shame but I won't bother.

Website error on multiple browsers and devices, so downloaded the app. Spent ages choosing my products, went to pay but there's nowhere to enter payment details. When it gets to checkout stage, it looks like it's trying to open in a browser, which I can't do -that's why I'm using the app(!) - so I'm stuck, unable to place my order, and increasingly annoyed. The current sale finishes first thing in the morning, likely before I'll be able to speak to customer service. Dreadful experience

WORSTED APP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! If I could give it below a 1, I would. from having connection issues to a white screen when trying to pay, it is totally useless. Lost the will to shop after multiple amounts of uninstalling and installing attempts, connection errors, and blank payment white screens. Will spend my money elsewhere, as you dont seem to want it!!😮‍💨
