Same response pointless reply 28/2/24 You've a long way to go to make this a good experience for the user. Too many steps just to log on. Authentication codes sent multiple times just for 1 time access. Doesn't remember anything. Rewards separate to the scanning app, which is nigh on impossible to actually access. Passwords, otp's asked for more than the promised "otp" App pretty useless for the important part, that is the renumeration for using this convoluted messy system of collecting data.

This app is very glitchy now and keeps losing store favourites, then not letting me add them so I can't submit the shop. I have to delete and reinstall, which takes a long time. It often then says there's no Internet to submit even though my Internet is fine and the whole list is lost. I then get phone calls and messages about not submitting even though it's the app's fault. I will stop bothering if the app continues like this as the rewards do not include PayPal or Amazon, which I prefer.
We sincerely apologise for tech issues the app is experiencing on some devices, we're trying our best to fix them ASAP. Regarding the reminders, please email us so we know the household ID and have this addressed (I can't request such information here). Thank you for understanding.

This app is too inconsistent. There are a number of feats which do not work very efficiently and I find it crashes every time I open it and so I have to reboot it. Then there are some days that I can't enter anything at all and it won't get past the store selection which means I then miss out and have to give up on entering it.

We are sorry about the app issues, our tech team is trying their best to solve it. It seems the sync of the past purchases is overwhelming the device capacity when you open the app. Can you please try waiting about 30sec once you open the app and then proceed? Thank you for understanding
