I have been using Macadam daily for a few months. I submitted thousands of steps almost daily with tens of thousands submitted weekly. 14,000 points later, I'm no closer to redeeming the nearest reward, set at over 31,000 points. If you have a lot of extra time to try everything else the app offers (mobile games, etc.) it might be worth it, but any rewards might arrive too slowly for busier people. I've ultimately decided to uninstall Macadam.

This app is completely ridiculous. It's nearly impossible to cashout. Setting aside that it took me a year and a half to get enough coins for a measly 15 dollar cash out, every time I try to cash them out, I get a message saying they are out of slots and I need to try again in a week. been trying to cashout for months. I set my alarm today, I was there exactly at 9 am. It wasn't even 9:01 when I got the screen saying I had missed it again. in 30 seconds? Monumental waste of time. 0 stars

It's good overall. Not bad. Edit: it's been a good app so far, but now it's practically impossible to redeem a gift card or other prizes. You have to redeem at a very specific day and time, and when I did that, I still couldn't redeem it. This is so useless. Customer service is useless too. I think they are just AI generating the same answers.
