This app is great!!! Every time I feel like a cigarette, I look at my progress, read more facts - then I decide not to smoke. I would highly recommend this app to anyone!!

Whenever I want to smoke, I just look at the progress I made and it motivates me. Haven't smoked for 10 days thanks to this app which is more than I ever lasted before :)

this app helped me quit. it made me see how much money I wasted. made me see how my health improved everyday and it motivated me. it's been 1 year and 6 months since I quit.
