This app doesn't work conveniently as early .Now i have change my sim card from the one which stolen and keep new one but i face difficult in registration,alot of my money used during registration of NMB mkononi ,and still I don't know what the problem is

Greetings from NMB bank @Sosthenes Aluther, , be aware that once the simcard has been swiped or changed to another phone, one has to re register nmb mkononi services via our atms, however there are no any charges when getting the service, you can also visit the nearest NMB branch for support, #NMBClosetoYou ^IB

it is a good app but there some function still doesn't work like when i try to get my full statement to my email. it brings an error back every single time

hello, I have a problem in registration. I choose to use facial biometric, it just gives me the details on how to take a picture, then before taking a picture because it doesn't show an option to take one, it takes me straight to put my account number and phone number, it never go further than that. can I really use facial bio or should I stop wasting my time and go to ATM? I'd really hate to go to nmb branch just for this.
