Been a Nudge Plus member for the past two years and can confirm the app is extremely unreliable. I can't even open it anymore, it's just a blank white screen. My most recent attempt to contact the team has been futile, so I've canceled my subscription and am leaving this review. If they decide to get the help they need and revamp their UX, I'd likely return - the plans are fun.

Uninstalled within minutes because the user experience is terrible to the point that I'm convinced not a single person tested this thing. Also, the entire point of The Nudge is to send you a surprise text that prompts you to do something interesting in your area. Instead, this app is just another time sink where you'll end up doom scrolling through things you'll never do. SMS Nudge is very cool. Nudge as an app is just Groupon if it had a subscription option and was generally unpleasant to use.

Edited: Really appreciate this app and what they put into it. They've thought of a lot and continue to make improvements and updates. Worth paying for Plus imo. With a more recent update, plans are now tiktok style on the screen and you have to scroll through them. I highly preferred the list view and selecting the one you wanted to view. Also, all plans auto-play, and I don't see a setting to turn that off. I usually turn off auto play on everything.
