No longer can open this app for weeks. Even after reporting to my RM. Suddenly the app refuses to launch with error suspecting my phone is rooted. I'm using Huawei P30 Pro for almost 5 years and never ever rooted my phone at all. Can't login to the app via another phone either since it's locked to my P30 Pro phone. If this is not urgently solved I'm considering to move my balances and just close my accounts in OCBC soon.

Suddenly My phone is suspected to be rooted while it's not. Hey developer please remove the usage of com.apps.N23 in launcher which is the same used by permata that give false alarm that my phone is rooted. I'm using Huawei P30 pro, and suddenly the app reported that my phone is rooted.

suddenly the apps can't be opened with the error message "the app cannot run because the device is rooted" fyi i never root my phone, other financial institution apps like BCA, Mega, UOB, Binance etc do not have the save probem.. please help .. tq
