I've been able to use the credentials sent to me to log in to my account on my computer but when I enter the same credentials on the app and press the log in button, it doesn't give me any feedback. It stays on till I close the App. But when I log in using a web browser, am able to log in with ease. What could be wrong? Is the app not working?

The fact that you are able to log in from the browser indicates that, everything is fine with your account and credentials and should go same with the app. However, If app is unresponsive, then could be communication between app and your OS. Size of memory or storage can also be a factor else uninstall the app and reinstall it.

The app keeps loading forever. It will not load anything. This is by far the most useless app sitting on my phone. Before you tell me to try another device or clear cache or reinstall it, I have done all that. It used to work and after the last update it just won't load anymore. I am not sure why any reputable bank will have such useless app sitting on their customer's devices.

In fact I wish to know the difference between this app and internet banking. I have filled several forms to be enrolled onto this service but to no avail. Also the *422# service cannot display any account information visually. Unlike the internet banking where you can see more than one account and conduct a transaction.

Good morning, internet banking is one of our numerous transaction channels. You sign up and access it through the browser. The app however will be a one stop shop where you will access most of our channels including the internet banking, *422 and others. If you have already sign up for internet banking then you can log onto the app with credential.
