Trying my damndest to get my money refunded but I am only getting a scripted email forwarded each time . There is simply no effort to solve the issue. The documents were sent and accepted. 8 business days are over and still no resolution. It's as if only one person is managing all the social media accounts and does the customer support role.Approach the consumer court for any relief.Sheer arrogance and lackadaisical work ethics. You are mistaken if you think you'll get any resolution from them

it asked for updation, so I followed up with new version download. once it downloaded, app is not accessible, it asks for unlock , but it is not unlocking. what is the issue? please let me know.
