Ratings and reviews

Oman Air's flight service is excellent, BUT their website and app have serious session issues. The app never accepts my login details, even though they work on the website. On the website, refreshing after login switches me to guest mode, which is very frustrating. These problems make booking and linking miles difficult, and I hope they fix these bugs soon.

The tickets are so expensive. only hand carry of 7kgs is permitted while the bag itself is 4 kgs , only 3 kgs can be stuffed in. Can't even stretch the legs and sit..after travel leg swelling is difficult.for everything we gotta pay extra . water is reduced to 50ml or less then that. I asked for an extra cup of water they just pretended to forget it.

the oman air online check in process is very annoying, have lots of glitches and do not inform you shall your paid seat is changed, plane is replaced,
