Earlier, I had rated this app 1 star due to a bad experience where the complimentary voucher promised was not provided. However, after sharing my feedback here, I received multiple follow-up calls from the OneAssist team, and they resolved the issue within a week. I appreciate their prompt action and customer support. if there is any negative rating I could have selected that option. worst service worst application. struggling from last one month to claim the service. calling number is not getting connected. if try to raise request from application, failed to upload the invoice. the frustration while writing the review, I can't explain in words. not able to claim the purchased warranty... pathetic service...

very worst experience, the response time is very fast but as a end user I'm not sure about your policies. when I raised the concern team is telling to visit the nearest service centre and get it resolved,then what's the point of taking insurence for it. I got an issue with laptop screen and when I tried to explain the agent is speaking very rudely and not at all listening to my words. really worst experience ever and ever.
