Since around 2020 I had made around 190 saved passwords & saved several cards. I switched to a new phone and I accidentally forgot to get my info from lastpass before resetting the old phone and trading it in. Once I tried logging in, the phone would not recognize anything, including email. I had to create a new account just to get into the app, which results in a vault with no passwords. So, I'm not happy. There should always be a way to recover all your passwords! Going elsewhere!

support nightmare!! paid support on phone or on the computer. when you click to get support even by chat it moves you to another screen that says you're not logged in and then you can't get support. pure hell I don't recommend this app to anyone because if you have any problems you have no way to get to anybody. I even found a phone number and when I call the only people that answer say that they're not actually part of LastPass avoid this application at all costs

does its job but not always easy I need this app and its features so I pay for it but it isn't always seamless. often there will be a mobile version of a site and a desktop version but they are not labeled or easily distinguished in the app. so I choose one and auto fill and then it's wrong so I have to go back and choose the other. it's a bit ridiculous that it can't keep track of SSO data.
