App is sometimes Very slow and often bugs are seen in the UI. App notifications are very irritating in every few minutes. Delivery time is not properly calculated. When I add a product the delivery time is shown as 2 days. But once order is placed and payment is done. The delivery time is extended. Even after 4-5 days the product is not delivered. Sometimes it shows more than 15 days. Delivery is very very slow. After few days if product is not available it's cancelled without any intimation.

No one should order anything from this website. When you place a part order, it shows that it will be delivered in 6 days, but the delivery date keeps changing every day. Instead of 6 days, it becomes 20 days, and still your item doesn't arrive. If you talk to customer support, they just say one thing — that the order was supposed to come from the dealer, but they couldn't fulfill it, so they are now searching for your part from somewhere else.

while the app is good and the spares do turn up with quality when delivered, but the time to deliver is too much, sometimes 2/3 weeks. ln times of amazon/flipkart when ltems are delivered in 2/3 days, it becomes tiresome to wait for 2/3 weeks. Also delivery charges too are high on few items. Another issue l saw with app is it doesn't remember your vehicle make once selected.. you have to repeatedly select vehicle to sort items in searches. Also no cash on delivery
