it said I would get 30 day free trial if I sign up for yearly okay and not be charged today. it charged me full price and no free trial. edit. can't get anyone to contact me. I've written support twice and nothing. also, the app keeps telling me to sign up so I got restore but it will not let me use it. edit to respond, the free trail is on your site page when I was signing up for it so it should be honored!!! if you're not offering it then it needs to be taken down.

Purchased the Carista EVO OBD2 device then subscribed for full year on the app. Connected car, went to customization, and consistently reports connection error. Tried various scenarios of off and on states no luck. Browsed the other tools and all it does is act as a basic OBD2 reader. If you want to try this, maybe subscribe for the month, so if it doesn't work, you won't have to fuss with trying to get a refund. Asked Gemini about this and it said it was guaranteed to work for my need, wrong.

Absolute SCAM! makes you go through an unnecessary "sign in" process, then a whole "loading screen" for 3-4 minutes (that i guarantee is unnecessary and just to make you invested), then when attempting to actually use the app, it just redirects you to give them 60 bucks for a "subscription". not to mention trying to convince you to buy their overpriced propriety scanner that is no better than the $8 amazon ones. Wish i could give less than 1 star.
