Price is competitive compare to others and easy to use. , but it is worst when got transaction pending, customer service really unhelpful, never gave solutions rather than only ask us to wait 👎now my customer ask for refund but still transaction pending without solutions . uninstall

After upgraded to a new version 4.1.1 apps doesn't support to enter the PIN web. Why need to go other web to enter pin? Many time apps force to log out it self. Less coupons to redeem Much better old version, quite simple no complain, no other drama.

It would be better if there's cashless payment feature on this app, so that people who buy or pay something through this app, they can pay the bill with gopay, DANA, or any other digital wallet apps directly to Payfazz balance. Thanks
