I got a top up loan offer for my merchant account... after completing taking the selfie the page is not loading .. complied several times but there is no response from their side and even the customer service executive don't know what is the error ..they don't have any idea about the process ... the ticket id for my compliment is still open even after 72 hours... no any updation ... worst customer service

have been using Paytm for about three years, but for the past year, their service has become extremely poor. Even when I call customer care and select the Kannada language option, they don’t speak in Kannada. I try to explain my issue in a little Hindi that I know, but still, no solution is provided. For the past month, I have been calling them repeatedly (around four times) requesting that settlements be done twice a day, but nothing has been fixed. My POS machine has been out of order.

This is disgusting. Ihad ordered a soundbox which I received after 22 days and that also it's not working. From last 2-3 days I have tried my best to connect to customer care through all possible ways but I haven't received any response. I want to return the sound box but that option is also not available.
