Its been a joy ride using this app. After demonetization, this app has been a blessing. Good work promoting the app at every level market, from consumer to vendor. The app looks neat, does the job it is supposed to do efficiently. Shopping experience needs looking into. Vendors are not reliable. Price of goods are marginally higher than other platforms. But the cashback offers makes us ignore those faults. Overall, good app. But really need a widget for payment. One needs to find and open the app in order to pay. Adding a widget feature wpuld make payments seamless.

Since frequent usage of paytm i migrated from browser to app. The app is very similar to browser in usability. But in the payment page there is a zoom in and out option put out which clearly blocks ok and submit buttons exactly. All smart phone users would now know to use two fingers to zoom in and out, so is it really necessary. Also if it is so keep that button in somewhere else of the page not right in front of the prime buttons. Thank you.
OFFERS LINKED WITH OFFERS I started using Paytm after demonetisation. And I found it a very user friendly app. My money is safe. The only thing Paytm team needs to work on is, on RETURN TO BANK feature, SEND MONEY TO BANK is good, it works instantly. But RETURN TO BANK, is something which gave me nearly a HEART ATTACK. Though the amount was credited back into my BANK ACCOUNT, but it nearly took 11 days, which was quite traumatic tenure for me. That's all on which (RETURN TO BANK) the Paytm team needs to work on.
Poor Customer Service... Not reliable Any product dealing with money should have a good and active customer service, however PayTM lacks this very thing. The customer service is not responsive and if you call then you are always stuck at the IVR. There is no provision to get in touch with a Customer Support Representative to get your issue / query resolved. Even their response in email are automated which does not solves your query. Very Poor Customer Service ...
Need some more features I really enjoy using it. It's a kind of thing I cannot go without. But I suggest a feature to be added, please put an option to select the denominations from wallet while paying towards paytm shopping or recharges. Now I can select the whole amount or nothing. Please add this.
