I call the customer support number and waited for more than 7 mins. but no one response the call. I thought this app was useful but now, I don't fell the same anymore. I have to pay for the calls also yet the problems still exist. Worst experience. Waste of time and money.
I booked a ticket from Punbus website from Delhi to Chandigarh and chose the paytm option there. The transaction was successful and the amount was deducted but my ticket never arrived and I had to do the manual booking from isbt. I called Punbus customer care and they reported that they haven't even received the amount. My bank says the amount has been deducted. I don't know who has my money. I was told to wait for 47 hours. Its been a week and now I have decided to go to consumer forum. You guys are ridiculous.
Worst of all customer care service. From past one month have been receiving mails saying the status of one my payments will be updated within 24 to 48 hours but still there is no action or change in Status. Seems like customer care agents have only one answer even of the problem is not resolved. Paytm not even bothered to look at the open incident. Never rely on Paytm if any payments are to be done. Just one word it's the Worst.
This z worst support. My wallet balance got deducted without my permission. It shows money z not safe in wallet. So advice to keep minimum balance in wallet. My 1200 rs cash back got deducted. Paytm get ready for legal notice from my side. I am not going to leave Payrm for this black mail
