The app is trash. They updated it a couple of years ago and it hasn't worked since. I've tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, letting the load screen perpetually load, restarting my phone and any and all combinations of these. It doesn't let you log into your account. There is no resolution for this from the app maker. Do not bother installing this. I also hate how the free drinks expire. No other coffee shop does this. Once you earn them you should be able to use them whenever you want.

I have not been able to open my app for sometime now. I have money in my Bigfoot account and can't access from the app. After reading so many comments with the same issue, I reached out to the developer of this app. Since I can log in on my personal computer, it appears to be my device or specific app session. Issue has been sent to the mobile app team. I am waiting to hear back. My email from the developer is from April 30 2026. I do have to give the tech that was helping kudos for trying.

Basically since the new update, my Mobile app has not loaded. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. And even if I leave it alone, it doesn't recognize me and just says Hello user. This needs to be resolved as I use the app quite frequently. So now because the app won't let me in, I lost one of my free drinks that the barristas had told me in November but expiring in December. Would be great if the app would start working again.
